Libby was engaged  by Waverley Council to provide expert landscape architectural advice on the development of Bondi Park,  Beach and Pavilion Master Plan with Peter Tonkin of Tonkin Zulikha Greer and Jonathon Knapp from SJB Urban. The structure included development of a long term master plan strategy that included relocating existing on grade car parking to create a new east west pedestrian promenade , revitalising the pavilion to provide a new gateway to the park and utilising level changes to maximise use and activity on the beach front. Core to the master plan was the expansion of existing skate facilities to provide more inclusive features for young children and beginner and intermediate level users.
